Vibrating screen is a new type of multi-layer and high efficient screen which makes circular movement. The amplitude of vibrating screen can be adjusted by eccentric vibrator and eccentric blocks, it has the advantages of long screening area, many screening layers, reliable structure, strong vibrating force, high screening efficiency, low noise, easy maintenance and safely use. The screen is widely used in mining, construction materials, transportation, energy sources, chemical industry, etc.

Advantages of vibrating screen:

Working principals of vibrating screen:
The vibrating screen makes circular movement by inertia force and has two types of supporting method: suspending support and pedestal support. Suspending support, the screen mesh fixed on screen body and the screen body suspended or supported by the springs, bearings of the main shaft installed on the screen body. The main shaft is driven by driving wheel. Round wheel installed with eccentric clog produces eccentric inertia force together with the rotation of main shaft. The force can makes the freely vibrating screen body vibrates in a circular cycle. The distance between the eccentric clog and central line of bearings is vibrating eccentric distance.
