Brief structure introduction of Cone Crusher:
The cone crusher is made up of the stand, horizontal shaft, movable cone body, balancing wheel, eccentric cover, upper crushing wall(fixed cone), lower crushing wall(movable cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic pressure system, control system, etc.
Working principal of cone crusher:
Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an impendent erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft is driven by the eccentric sleeve together. The sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and driving wheel, the driving wheel is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve, when the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks be crushed into pieces, when leaves, crushed materials are discharged through discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined. The connecting part of supporting cover and the stand press the springs, when some materials which can not be crushed fall into the crushing chamber, like metals, the springs will be pressed into distortion and materials which can not be crushed will be discharged, thus the crusher be prevented from being hurt.
