Working Principle of Impact Crusher :
Motor drives the rotor with a high speed. Hammers are installed on the rotor crush the material goes into the crushing chamber; the crushed stone is thrown to the impact plate at another end of crushing chamber and be crushed again, then are rebounded from the impact plate to hammer. This process is repeated and continuous. During this process, the stone is crushed by hammer, impact plate and reciprocity between different sizes of stone, it is becoming smaller and smaller. After reach the required size, it will discharge from outlet.
